19th Century French Louis Philippe Carved Silvered Mirror with Geometric Decor
Crafted in the Burgundy region of France, circa 1880, the large antique mirror has traditional, timeless lines with rounded corners. The rectangular frame is decorated with a luxurious silver leaf finish over discrete engraved two-tone geometric motif. The classic wall piece with a sturdy wood backing, is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich and bright patinated silvered finish. New hooks has been installed on the back for easy handling and installation. This tall Louis Philippe mirror could be added to a number of rooms in your home for a traditional French style, including over a mantel, in an entry, or in a powder room flanked with a pair of sconces.
