19th Century French Patinated Copper Rooster Weather Vane with Cardinal Points
This elegant antique weather vane was created in Normandy, France, circa 1860. The traditional copper sculpture features a Classic swivel French chanticleer rooster standing on an arrow; below, the four points of the compass swivel according to wind direction. The piece is in excellent condition with the original patinated copper finish. A true one of a kind! The weather-vane stands on a contemporary base only for picture.
