This elegant, antique, mixed-material table base was created in France. Made of cast iron circa 1860, the sturdy, polished iron base is shaped as a large urn and is topped with a thick, octagonal glass top. The glass is beveled around the edges and slightly tinted. The impressive, 19th century French table is in excellent condition with a rich patinated pewter finish. The table could be used as a side table in a living room, or as an occasional table in the entryway. Measure: 34″ W x 34″ D x 30″ H.
