About
This elegant dining table was crafted in the Pyrenees of France using antique timbers, and following an 18th century design. Over 8 feet long, the large table sits on a trestle base, supported by hand carved turned baluster form support legs ending with molded shoe base, and connected with a thick cross stretcher. The rectangular top built with old walnut and elm wood, features an exquisite decor with a rectangular acacia marquetry band, and embellished with a Classic carved Fleur-de-Lys motif in each corner. The long and wide Louis XIII style farm table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina throughout, with beautiful natural distress. The table would easily accommodate eight to ten people. A true one of a kind! Measures: 98″ W x 41.25″ D x 30″ H.
