Mid-Century French Louis XIV Oak Confiturier Jelly Cabinet from Normandy
This elegant antique oak cabinet was crafted in Normandy, circa 1970. The provincial confiturier is fitted with a single drawer dressed with iron handle, over a center door decorated with carved raised and arched panel. The inside reveals a middle shelf for ultimate storage. The country buffet is in excellent condition with wonderful character and distress, and adorns a rich light walnut patina. This sturdy and heavy cabinet would make a wonderful vanity sink in a powder room, or could be used in an entry for additional storage. Key included. Measures: 27″ W x 20″ D x 40″ H.
