Decorate a study or office shelf with this interesting Roman Empire chariot composition; crafted in France circa 1950, the sculpture depicts a copper and brass racing chariot pulled by four elegant horses, with a Roman soldier standing inside the two-wheeled cart. The composition stands on a beige marble base embellished with paw feet. The large decorative sculpture is in excellent condition with a rich patinated copper brass finish.
