19th Century French Louis XV Patinated Bronze Dore Eight-Light Chandelier
Crafted in France, circa 1880, the important chandelier features four cherubs on the upper part decorated with crossed torches, Fleurs-de-Lys, cartouche shapes, and angel faces with scrolled motifs. The eight-arm lights have been rewired to US standard and are embellished with decorative wax candle sleeve covers. The intricate and heavy chandelier is in excellent condition with a rich, antique patinated gilt finish. Hang the bronze light fixture above a dining room table or in an entryway to make an impressive French style statement. A canopy, loop, and chain; each color-matched to the fixture.
