Pair of Vintage Brass Champleve Candle Holders with Floral & Leaf Motifs

$475

About

Add timeless elegance to your space with this colorful pair of antique patinated brass candlestick holders. Crafted in China, circa 1970, each candlestick features intricate cloisonné décor with vibrant flower, leaf and bird motifs. Perfect for a dining table or credenza, they effortlessly complement any space, adding a touch of sophistication. The mid-century candle holders are in excellent condition and adorn wonderful and vibrant colors. Cloisonné or Champleve is an ancient technique for decorating metal or marble objects. In this technique, enamel, glass, or gemstones are separated by strips of flattened wire that are placed on a metal backing. Measures 4”W x 4”D x 8.5”H
