Model Y1045, the vessel is executed in silver over bronze and features a classical gadrooned rim above a smooth, rounded body adorned with sculptural rococo shell-form handles. The thick-walled construction and warm undertones suggest a solid bronze core beneath the silverplate, a hallmark of Gorham’s higher-end barware from the period.
