About
This elegant copper silver plated epergne was created in England, circa 1870. The antique centerpiece stands on winged feet with claw feet over a bottom mirrored plateau with decorative rim. The dish with three arms features a large center cut-glass bowl and three smaller cut-glass coupes held over the side arms. This intricate cut-glass piece is traditionally used to hold flowers or fruits on a large dining room table or other surface. The center piece is complete and in very good condition commensurate with age and use and adorns a rich patinated silvered finish. One small cup repaired. See last pictures. Measures: 19.5″ W x 19.5″ D x 10.5″ H.
