About
Dress an entryway or a breakfast table with this antique provincial trestle bench. Crafted in the northern region of France, circa 1860, and carved of oak wood, the 5 and a half seating stands on pedestal legs connected with a stretcher at the base, and visible mortis and tenon joinery. The seat is built with one single rectangular board plank and embellished with rounded corners at the end. The long and narrow farmhouse bench is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina. Versatile, the country bench could also be used at the foot of a bed, in a mud room or a game room for extra seating. Measures: 66″W x 7.5″D x 19″H.
