Place a cookbook on this antique stand for easy meal prep in the kitchen! Created in France, circa 1890, and built of walnut, the Classic table book stand is decorated with hand carved and pierced scroll motifs including a larger shell in the center, and acanthus leaves on the sides. The pitched back features variable grades depending of the book size and weight. The book rest is in excellent condition with a rich walnut patina throughout. The folding stand could also be used as a music stand in a library or study, or to hold a Bible. Measures: 12″ W x 14″ D x 11″ H.
